I used to enjoy choreography workshops, but I'm now at a place in my dance life where I know I'm never going to use a workshop choreo, so I need there to be more to it than that.
My favorites are the really meaty cultural workshops about folk dances, social dances, music, etc. 2nd to that, I enjoy workshops that focus on a specific prop, or are based around a set of useful combinations.
